We had a FABULOUS New Year's! We aren't big on going out so we usually just stay in. This year we decided to invite a few friends over for dinner and to ring in the New Year. We cooked really yummy lamb shanks with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots. Ang and Dj were in from Cali. Tim and Shara, Lisa, Chad, Matt, Savannah, Madison, Melissa, Nate, Dusty and Christa. Like I said it was a great night. Oh and we got the BEST news. Christa and Dusty are pregnant!!!!! We are so happy for them. Shara did the string test and we are predicting BOY! I guess we will all just have to wait and see!!!!

I wish I had known you guys were in town this New Years. We could have pulled our groups together and had an actual party :-) It looks like y'all had a great time! I'm amazed at how quickly Brody seems to be growing over these last few months! Where's that baby? He's a little boy now!

Happy New Year! We are definitely not worried about you being lonely in Texas--lots of friends and lots of new babies there and on the way. A very exciting 2009 to come. Looking forward to our first visit to Texas in 2009.
